Peak Rehabilitation has been a wonderful experience for my recovery. I injured my knee and had several steps of physical therapy to go through; 1st round was so as not to lose muscle tone and strength before the results of my MRI - which Jeff and his team of assistants worked very gentle with my knee so as not to put pressure or further damage to it but to keep stability and flexibility to it. I am on second round now after MRI but before surgery to gain strength and keep endurance of muscle tone and once again stability. I have worked with all of the crew at Peak, they are educational and instruct the exercises well. They move quickly but not rushing to get you back to your day and because they also have more patients that will need their assistance. They're full of knowledge of their profession, encouragable and it has been a fun atmosphere each visit. I look forward to the rehabilitation after my surgery with them as well! Thanks guys & gals!
